Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to accomadate a return within 14 days.
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry
to alexaileenjewelry@gmail.com to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365
days of its original order date.
Please follow our care guide for long lasting jewelry. Each piece is unique and handmade and should
be treated with care.
Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related
shipping fee’s for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or
damaged in transit.
Shipping
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been
confirmed as delivered.
Faulty Items
If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original
packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post.
Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.
Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced.
Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not
considered faulty and will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a piece please e-mail alexaileenjewelry@gmail.com for an exchange form
within 14 days from purchase. Please note, we don’t cover shipping costs for exchange orders.
Care guide
We recommend removing your jewelry when bathing in freshwater, sea water and chlorinated water.
Avoid spraying perfumes or applying creams directly to the jewelry. Store jewelry in a dry space to
ensure longevity.
Protect your jewelry by individually storing each piece in a pouch or so? material to help avoid
breakage or scratching. Always pack your jewelry with care.
